Complex Care Assistants
to support clients with high-dependency needs in their own homes.

About the Role
As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll deliver personalised, high-quality care to clients with acute or long-term complex needs. You will follow detailed care plans, work closely with our clinical leads, and provide support that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred care to clients with complex medical needs
Support with specialist interventions (e.g., PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, catheter care, seizure management - training provided if needed)
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
Monitor client wellbeing and report changes promptly
Maintain accurate records in line with clinical and regulatory standards
Work collaboratively with families, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
What We're Looking For
Experience in complex care, healthcare, or support work (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and observational skills
A patient, empathetic, and reliable approach
Willingness to undertake specialist clinical training
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A full UK driving licence (desirable depending on location)
