What you'll do

Join our team as a Complex Care Assistant supporting a spinal client with autonomic dysreflexia. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills with full training provided in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You'll be part of a 168-hour care package, working 12-hour shifts (8 am-8 pm or 8 pm-8 am waking nights). Every day brings variety as you support clients with spinal injuries, brain injuries, and other complex needs--all within the comfort of their homes.

You don't need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion, and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
