A nurse-led care provider delivering care to highly dependent children and adults in their own home and other settings such as schools, day centres and local community recruiting a Registered Nurse (Complex Care). Working in partnership with the NHS continuing healthcare teams and local authorities, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support enables individual clients to remain at home even when the level of health care required is highly complex.

This is a great chance to be part of a growing business that delivers advanced care and improves the lives of clients.

About the role

Lead safe, high-quality, nurse-led care for people with complex needs at home and in the community. You'll combine hands-on clinical governance with team leadership and relationship management--making sure every package starts well, runs safely, and continuously improves.

Line-manage carers and nurses. Coach teams in tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, ventilatory support, and spinal/bowel care. Lead competency assessments and 1:1s; identify gaps and deliver targeted training.

What you'll bring

Registered Nurse (RGN/RN-Children) with valid NMC PIN; substantial post-registration experience in complex or community care.

Proven expertise in tracheostomy management, ventilators, PEG feeding, and spinal/bowel care (and other complex conditions).

A confident, visible leader who can inspire, mentor, and upskill multidisciplinary teams.
