Role requirements

As a Complex care support worker mental health you\xe2\x80\x99ll have an ability to provide care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to an individual\xe2\x80\x99s physical and emotional wellbeing. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need:

• At least 3 months experience of caring professionally or for a loved one in the UK
• The ability to comfortably assist clients with limited mobility
• A valid Moving and Handling certificate
• The right to work in the UK
• Applicants must have a valid driving licence to apply for this position.

As part of this exciting role, you will be working closely and providing support, assistance, and advice to vulnerable service users by helping them to develop self-care skills, build resilience and better utilise community resources. You will be able to comfortably work in collaboration with other agencies to ensure that all of their needs are met and ensure that they receive outstanding mental health support.

Applicants for this position will be able to comfortably support service users that may present with challenging and self-injurious behaviours.
