Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Complex Care Support Worker Nights to join our team at a reputable care home. If you have a passion for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
To provide support to management in their duties of ensuring safe and productive lives for people living at the care home.
- Providing hands-on care and support to residents with complex care needs.
- Building strong relationships with residents.
- Ensuring that care practices comply with regulatory standards and best practices
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in care provision
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care

Permanent 3 Nights per week. 9 pm to 7 am.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
