Location: Sheffield Area

17 per hour (Enhanced Weekend Rate) | Full-Time (36 hours) | 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts | Holidays & Pension Included

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced

Complex Care Support Worker

to join a private care team supporting a

5-year-old boy

with

HIE (Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy)

,

Cerebral Palsy

,

epilepsy

, and who is

home ventilated

. This is a highly rewarding role where you will play an important part in supporting his daily life, clinical needs, and overall wellbeing within the family home and out in the community.

About the Role

Providing two -to-one care within the client's home Working as part of a supportive and dedicated care team Supporting with daily personal care, clinical needs, and development Fast paced Participating in/providing therapies (hydro/sensory) Full-time hours:

36 hours per week

(12-hour shifts)

Day and Night shifts available

Weekend shifts included with enhanced pay

Skills & Experience

Complex care experience is essential. Experience with

epilepsy management

is required. Full training is provided and regularly updated. Experience in the following is desirable:

Oral suctioning Catheter care Bowel care Medication administration PEG feeding Home ventilation

Requirements

Must hold a

clean, valid driving licence

Must be able to travel within the Sheffield area

Enhanced DBS check is required

(or willingness to obtain one) Strong understanding of

safeguarding and professional boundaries

Kind, patient, reliable, and confident working in a private home setting No smokers, No vapers. A team player with excellent communication skills
