We are working on behalf of a successful and established legal practice that prides itself on excellence. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Solicitor with expertise in managing complex criminal cases to join their busy London office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team with flexibility in working arrangements after your training period has been successfully completed.
Person Specification

• Experience managing complex criminal cases.
• Desirable: Police Station Accredited.
• Desirable: Duty Solicitor qualified, or willingness to undertake the Magistrates Court Qualification within the first 12 months.
• Highly dynamic with a drive to generate work for the firm.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive in managing and progressing files with consistent attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a high-pressure, high-workload environment.
• Strong understanding of client care and commitment to Criminal Law.
• Confident, resilient, and able to develop productive relationships with third parties, including court staff, counsel, and the CPS.
• Excellent time management, organisational skills, and flexibility to support all teams with a "can-do" attitude.
