About the Role
We're looking for compassionate and committed Complex Care Assistants to join our team, supporting clients in their own homes across West Sussex.
You'll play a vital role in promoting independence and enhancing quality of life, providing one-to-one care for clients in areas including Chichester, Bognor Regis, and Pulborough. All shifts are dedicated to supporting a single client, ensuring consistent, personalised care.
Key responsibilities include
:
PEG care and feeding
Catheter care
Ventilation support
Dystonia care
Tracheostomy care
Epilepsy and Seizure management
Moving and handling
Personal care
Administering medication
Shifts Available
Weekend days shifts: 8am-8pm
Friday and Saturday night shifts: 9pm-7am
+Ad-hoc shifts

Essential requirements
:
Minimum 1 year of experience in complex care
UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (RQF) or willingness to complete the Care Certificate
