Shifts Available:

NIGHT shifts : 10pm-6am (1-2 shifts per week available)
DAY shifts: 4pm-10pm (2-3 shifts per week available)

About the Role

We are on the lookout for

passionate and reliable Complex Health Care Assistants

to support our client in

Uckfield, East Sussex

. Working in our clients' home, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with complex needs live fulfilling, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities Include

:

Gastrostomy / Enteral Administration Dystonia Oral Suction Moving and handling Personal care Administering medications

Essential Requirements

A valid UK Driving Licence Work authorisation in the UK - Essential A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (RQF) or willingness to complete the Care Certificate
