Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and skilled

Tracheostomy and Complex Care Health Care Assistants (HCAs)

to join our team providing high-quality care across London and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for experienced HCAs who are passionate about delivering safe, person-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialist care for clients with tracheostomies and other complex care needs. Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and feeding support. Administer care according to individual care plans, ensuring safety and dignity. Monitor and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing. Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in

tracheostomy care, complex care, or similar healthcare settings

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current DBS check (or willing to obtain). Reliable transportation to travel across Wembley and nearby areas.
