Job Description

We are looking for a Complex Needs Worker to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. The role is full time 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will help to increase young people's skills and confidence in areas such as independent living, education, and employment. Your role will be to empower young people with complex needs to achieve their goals in a person-centred and asset-based way, being fully committed to delivering a Psychologically Informed Environment including the delivery of an asset-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering planned, purposeful and targeted interventions to meet the emotional needs of young people with complex needs. You will be able to demonstrate passion for wanting to be part of making positive change to young people's lives.
