We are currently recruiting for an a

Complex Support Worker for a young adult

to support our customer in the Ramsbottom area. Tasks will include medication administration, providing personal care, social support to access community or social groups, assistance with daily living skills, offering assistance to access appointments and community, and companionship and more importantly get involved and have fun.

Our customer lives in their own home with family and they have complex medical needs which may include suction, moving & handling and administration of rescue medication and need a little help to live life to the fullest, become involved in their community and make a positive difference to their day.

Full nurse training will be provided.

You don't have to have qualifications to work with us

but the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months complex care experience.

This role is Mon-Fri with some possible evenings and weekends.

Must be a driver.

We work together with you to offer a work-life balance that supports our customer's needs and our staff needs too. With a six week rolling rota, you will have plenty of notice about when you are working!
