About Us

Vibra Energy Ltd is a fast-growing energy and retrofit contractor delivering Solar PV, ASHP, insulation, retrofit, and damp & mould services. We are expanding into council and housing association frameworks and need a dedicated Compliance & Accreditation Specialist to support our growth.

The Role

We are looking for someone with strong experience in compliance, accreditations, and quality management within construction, energy, or retrofit. You will manage CHAS, Constructionline Gold, Cyber Essentials, PAS2030/35, TrustMark, MCS and help us become fully tender-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CHAS, Constructionline Gold, SafeContractor and SSIP accreditations Complete Cyber Essentials and ICO registrations Maintain QMS policies, RAMS, Risk Assessments, COSHH records Keep PAS2030/35, MCS & TrustMark documentation up to date Prepare compliance packs for tenders and PQQs Maintain training logs, DBS checks, CSCS & competency records Support operations with audits, document control and compliance checks

Requirements

Experience with CHAS/Constructionline/SafeContractor Strong compliance documentation skills Knowledge of H&S and construction/retrofit compliance Excellent organisation and writing skills

Desirable:

PAS2030/35, MCS or retrofit knowledge ISO 9001 experience Tender experience
