Forest Homecare is recruiting a Compliance Administrator to join our Mid Essex team. Working from our Forest Homecare office in Sible Hedingham, Essex.
Your main duties will include:
Dealing with incoming telephone calls
Compliance support
Quality Assurance Questionnaires
Care Certificate completion for all new care staff
Ensuring correct completion of financial sheets
Supporting the area manager with office duties
Experience:
Office experience would be preferred but not essential as full training and support will be given with all aspects of computer systems used
You will have excellent organisational skills and effectively manage priorities, working well under pressure
You will have excellent communication and written skills
You will be able to deal sensitively and effectively with calls from service users, their representatives such as health and social care professionals and all other organisations.
