We're currently looking for a Compliance Agent to join our Administration team at the beginning of February, to audit calls and ensure our Agents and Consultants are compliant according to company and FCA regulations.
Details of the Role
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week Hourly rate: 12.21 On-site
Preferable Person Specification
Experience in call centre operations Strong listening and analytical skills Detail-Oriented Has experience in the Life Insurance industry Reliable Has experience working in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of compliance standards
