Seeking a Compliance Analyst to join the Risk & Compliance department of a leading asset manager. This role is essential for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining high compliance standards throughout the broader business.

• Develop and Maintain Compliance Frameworks: Create, update, and enforce policies and procedures aligned with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and Audit Processes: Regularly review internal operations to ensure adherence and identify potential compliance risks.
• Advise and Support Teams: Provide guidance on regulatory obligations, best practices, and assist with compliance-related training.
• Reporting and Regulatory Liaison: Prepare compliance documentation, submit filings, and maintain communication with regulators.
• Stay Current on Regulations: Track changes in financial services regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
