Job Description
EMKAP UK Ltd, an FCA-authorised investment firm based in London, is seeking a Compliance Analyst/Assistant to join its Compliance Department. This is a full-time, office-based role reporting directly to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) Assist with AML/CTF procedures, including CDD, EDD, and SDD Conduct sanctions screening and adverse media checks Maintain compliance records and manage regulatory filings (e.g., MiFID, FCA) Monitor regulatory developments and support policy updates Liaise with counterparties during onboarding Prepare compliance training materials and support audits and regulatory enquiries Undertake ad hoc compliance and financial crime-related tasks as directed by the Head of Compliance
Requirements
1-3 years' experience in compliance or regulatory roles within FCA-authorised firms Knowledge of AML, KYC, and MiFID regulations preferred Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field Strong understanding of UK financial regulations Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills
