About us?:
? At Transak, we are making Web3 applications accessible. We do this with enterprise-grade? developer tools to allow web3 applications such as Metamask, Decentraland, and Anchor protocol? to onboard users from fiat to crypto, delivered directly to their wallet. Without Transak, users of? these applications would have to leave the in-app onboarding flow and figure out how to buy? crypto on a 3rd party exchange and send it to their wallet.?
?We are looking for a Compliance Analyst who will form part of our Compliance team to work closely? with the Deputy MLRO and Risk and Compliance Operations team to support our day-to-day risk? and compliance operations.?
? Responsibilities:

• Investigate?? complex?? AML?? cases?? involving?? blockchain?? transactions?? to?? detect?? money?? laundering and other illicit activities.?
• Investigate and prepare SARs for filing with FinCen, the NCA and other FIUs;?
• Work on Name screening, Transaction Monitoring and EDD for high-risk users.?
• Being?? the?? point?? of?? contact?? and?? providing?? compliance?? assistance?? to?? first-line?? analysts?? in? relation to defined processes;?
• Handle?? law?? enforcement?? requests?? (e.g.,?? GDPR,?? legal?? inquiries)?? in?? line?? with?? regulatory? obligations.?
• Review FATF Travel Rule alerts and perform blockchain monitoring using relevant tools.?
• ? Supporting Lead/ Manager with required ad-hoc tasks?
• Support?? the?? MLRO,?? BSA?? Oicer?? and?? Deputy?? MLRO?? with?? the?? approval?? of?? high-risk?? accounts? and transactions;?

Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.?
• Experience in Crypto Compliance or the AML domain is a must.?
• ?Experience in preparing SARs is a must.?
• You?? have?? a?? solid?? knowledge?? of?? compliance-related?? laws?? and?? regulations,?? in?? particular?? those? relating to AML/CFT;?
• You?? have?? exceptional?? communication?? skills?? in?? English,?? both?? oral?? and?? written.?? Any?? other? language will be an asset.?
• ?Familiarity?? with?? screening,?? transaction?? monitoring,?? and?? Blockchain?? monitoring?? Tools(?Chainalysis, Elliptic, or similar) is preferred.?
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Google Workspace, and basic reporting skills.?
• You can work flexibly under pressure, multitask and consistently meet tight deadlines;?
• Certifications such as CAMS or ICA are a plus.?
