We're on the lookout for an ambitious individual to join our Finance department as a Compliance and Closure Administration Assistant, where you will assist in the administration and compliance processes required to ensure the correct closure of a completed case file within the Winn Group.

Responsibilities



As a

Compliance and Closure Administration Assistant

, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving client account ledger balances in accordance with the SRA Accounts rules. To ensure completed case files are closed correctly in line with Group procedures. Identify, submit and process write off requests when required. Identify, calculate and return genuine overpayments to third parties. Cash collection of funds post settlement from Third Party Insurers.

Essential Skills and Experience



Excellent Numeracy skills. Strong attention to detail. Good Organisational skills and methodical approach. Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives. Experience of demonstrating effective teamworking within a commercial environment. Cooperative and flexible approach. Ability to identify where problems may arise and adopt a solution -focused approach Administrative experience is desirable.

Working Hours



This role is Full Time based on 37.5 hours per week. The Working Pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
