Location: Home-Based (with travel as required)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (09:00-17:30)
Salary: 36,844.50 + home worker allowance
Contract: Permanent
This is a homebased role with travel so a full driving license and your own vehicle is required.
What you'll do:
Oversee compliance with CQC and other regulatory frameworks
Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory requirements
Lead on complaints management and assurance of contractual obligations
Support Registered Managers to achieve and maintain compliance
Deliver compliance training and guidance across the organisation
Prepare key reports and performance indicators for senior leaders
What we're looking for:
In-depth knowledge of CQC, CIW frameworks, and regulatory processes
Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance
Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
IT proficiency (Microsoft Office) and experience in report writing
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Desirable Skills:
Complaints Handling or Customer Service qualification
Leadership or Safeguarding qualification (Level 3 or above)
Previous management/leadership experience in social care
