The Role & Responsibilities



As a Compliance Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that internal and external audits are conducted with diligence, that all compliance procedures are followed, and that actionable feedback is shared with relevant stakeholders. You will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to regulatory standards (FCA, GDPR), supporting internal teams, and helping drive improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities



Compliance



Coordinate and disseminate audit feedback to relevant stakeholders. Raise risk alerts when appropriate and ensure remediation steps are initiated. Organise and attend meetings with external compliance partners. Collaborate with external compliance to maintain and implement policies and assist in file reviews. Conduct internal audits across all areas of the business in accordance with company standards and procedures. Record and analyse audit results via Microsoft Forms and report findings to management. Consolidate and communicate feedback from multiple sources. Follow all FCA and GDPR regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Reporting & Communication



Schedule and attend monthly meetings with external support firms. Provide timely, structured feedback to advisers and management. Review and comment on KPI reports to inform continuous improvement.

Support Functions



Assist the Compliance Manager, Compliance Director and other teams as needed. Participate in broader company initiatives, audits, and internal support functions. Ensure general tidiness and professionalism in the workplace. Support customer care initiatives and company goals.
