To support our homes with all internal quality audits, ensuring each home is meeting our overall aims and objectives and standards as well as all regulatory requirements. To support homes to deliver the highest possible care and support to help achieve our overall Vision to be the Home of Choice, Employer of Choice and Safe and Secure in each area.
Undertake quality assurance audits in accordance with the regulations of the Health & Social Care Act and CQC requirements, providing detailed feedback.
This role will be hybrid based at our Wolverhampton office with regular travel to our Homes and occasional travel to our Basingstoke office.
