Compliance & Broker Support
team. You'll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes--helping us stay compliant, supporting our Appointed Representatives (ARs), and making sure our admin processes are watertight.

Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Checks
- Reviewing mortgage applications and ensuring all documents meet compliance standards. You'll work closely with ARs to help them submit everything correctly and on time.
Document Certification
- Supporting new ARs by collecting certified documents and arranging Zoom calls when needed for self-certification.
DBS Submissions
- Managing DBS checks through our system to ensure all new ARs meet regulatory requirements.
Reference Chasing
- Collecting and following up on references for new ARs, keeping everything organised and on track.
AR Registration
- Registering new ARs across all relevant platforms.
Day-to-Day AR Support
- Assisting with queries related to mortgages and insurance and helping resolve any issues with the relevant team as they arise.
Offboarding Process
- Ensuring all systems are updated and accounts deactivated when an AR leaves the network.
Commission Admin
- Sending out commission statements, updating systems, and handling queries efficiently.
ICO Monitoring
- Keeping an eye on ICO renewals and making sure registrations are always current.
Annual AR Reviews
- Checking that all AR documentation is complete and up to date.
End of Contract Reviews
- Reviewing and filing all paperwork when ARs leave the network.
Website & Social Media Compliance
- Making sure ARs' online profiles and websites meet FCA and network guidelines.
Admin Fee Audits
- Cross-referencing transactions to identify and follow up on any outstanding admin fees.
Skills & Competencies:
Great organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proactive and confident in chasing up information or documents
Strong attention to detail with a knack for spotting missing pieces
Able to manage your own workload and keep things moving
Friendly and professional communicator - both written and verbal
Experience in the mortgage industry (in a similar support, compliance or advising role)
CeMAP qualified is a bonus--but not essential
