We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Co-ordinator to act as the internal compliance liaison across our group businesses (Legal, Accountancy, Finance & Insurance), ensuring regulatory requirements from the SRA, ICAEW, and FCA are understood and implemented. This is a highly administrative and facilitative role, responsible for rolling out compliance processes internally, coordinating with our outsourced compliance provider, and supporting managers and staff with day-to-day compliance activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in compliance administration to be involved in a multi discipline company with strong growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Liaison Coordination:
Serve as the first point of contact for the outsourced compliance partner and facilitate delivery of their services across the group.
Disseminate regulatory updates and ensure changes are implemented in policies, controls, and procedures.
Compliance Administration
:
Maintain compliance registers and manage profiles (SRA, ICAEW, FCA) for staff and the firm.
Oversee lender panels, quality kite marks (Lexcel, CQS), and other accreditation requirements.
Collate compliance data for internal regulatory officers and management reporting.
Monitoring & Auditing:
Conduct internal file reviews and assist with external audits.
Manage corrective actions following audits and ensure timely resolution.
Training & Awareness:
Organise compliance training sessions for staff and managers.
Promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct across all divisions.
Regulatory Support:
Assist managers and staff with compliance queries, escalating technical issues to external providers as needed.
Support with PII renewals and other compliance-related submissions.
Skills & Attributes:
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills to clearly disseminate information across different disciplines.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Comfortable with administrative tasks and hands-on compliance activities.
Experience:
Previous experience in a regulated environment (legal, finance, or accountancy) preferred
Familiarity with compliance processes and audits advantageous.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
