Compliance & Customer Service Assistant Manager

Purpose of the role



To assist in the management, monitoring and delivery of all aspects of property and regulatory compliance and its delivery, in accordance with Adullam Homes Housing Association Limited policies and procedures. The post will also provide direct support to the Asset Manager and will ensure all cyclical works are administered correctly and reported accordingly. The post will continually liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a common group approach in the delivery of these activities. As a manager, you will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos. The post will provide a monitoring system to enable Adullam to achieve its environmental objectives with regard to energy performance.

Salary 30,000 per annum

dependent on experience for 37.5

hours
