About the Role



As our Compliance, Data & Information Security Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our group-wide compliance and governance activities. From ISO certifications to data privacy and risk management, you will ensure our frameworks are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practice.

This is a hands on, cross-functional role that requires a proactive mindset, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Compliance & Certification: Support ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+) audits, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Data Protection & Privacy: Maintain GDPR compliance, support DPIAs, vendor due diligence, and incident response.

Cybersecurity & Information Management: Collaborate with IT to monitor controls, manage risks, and maintain security registers.

Risk & Governance: Contribute to the group risk-management framework, prepare dashboards, and support QSSC reporting.

Reporting & Awareness: Maintain compliance artefacts, support onboarding/training, and communicate key updates across regions.

What You will Bring



A background in compliance, data protection, or cybersecurity support with a solid understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, and information security principles

Proven experience supporting audits, certifications, or compliance frameworks with a meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

A Confident communicator across global teams with a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and tools like Jira

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE+, and ESG frameworks

Experience with vendor risk and third-party due diligence
