We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you'll help create and maintain safe, efficient workspaces while ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements.
What you'll do:
Deliver high-quality agile facilities management services with a strong focus on value for money
Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire, and environmental legislation and standards
Manage site maintenance activities, including managing cleaning staff
Support procurement processes and contractor management
What we're looking for:
Experience in facilities and compliance or a related field
Excellent administrative and ICT skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
