We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive Compliance & HR Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This is a key role providing vital support across compliance and HR processes, helping us maintain our high standards while supporting the rollout of new systems and processes. If you have strong administrative skills, an eye for detail, and experience in compliance and HR administration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role
As Compliance & HR Administrator, you'll play an important part in keeping our business compliant and running efficiently. You'll support the management of ISO certifications, ensure accurate HR administration, and help us transition smoothly to our new HR software system (Odoo). From onboarding and training logs to compliance audits and policy tracking, you'll make sure our systems and processes are robust, professional, and up to date.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with colleagues across all departments and provide essential support to the Senior Leadership Team.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Preparing documentation, tracking non-conformances, and coordinating audit readiness.
Managing HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, training records, health checks, and confidential personnel files.
Supporting formal HR processes such as probation reviews and disciplinary administration.
Acting as a key user for the Odoo HR system, assisting with implementation, updates, reporting, and training.
Providing administrative support to Directors and the Senior Leadership Team (scheduling, minutes, event coordination).
Helping maintain GDPR compliance and supporting company-wide compliance records.
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. You'll bring:
Proven experience in a compliance, HR or administrative support role.
Knowledge of ISO compliance, audits, or similar regulatory environments.
Strong IT skills and confidence using HR software (experience with Odoo or similar systems is highly desirable).
Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive, structured, and confidential approach to your work.
Excellent written presentation skills.
