We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Compliance Manager at the RAD Hotel Group with a strong understanding of health and safety legislation. The successful applicant will ensure the safety of our guests and employees, maintain our company's reputation for excellence, and keep our operations running smoothly and legally compliant.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and review compliance policies and procedures. Ensure health & safety standards are met across all venues through inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Lead investigations into workplace incidents and ensure accurate reporting to authorities and insurers. Deliver training on health & safety, fire safety, manual handling, first aid, and pool plant testing. Manage relationships with licensing authorities, insurers, and external training partners. Monitor legislative changes and implement necessary updates across the group. Regular travel to venues (UK driving licence and own transport required).

What We're Looking For:



Proven compliance, health & safety, or regulatory experience, ideally in hospitality or leisure. Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation; NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications desirable. Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
