Job Summary
We're looking for a sharp, reliable Business Growth Manager to join our team in Grangemouth.
This is a hands-on, varied role supporting the growth of a fast-moving industrial business involved in modular cabins, crane removals, plant and equipment sales, and specialist transport. You'll take ownership of key areas like compliance, operations support, stock control, branding, and documentation -- helping us transition from a high-performing sole trader setup to a more structured and systemised brand.
You won't just be ticking boxes -- you'll be helping implement smart processes, building RAMS packs, tracking lifting and vehicle certifications, organising operator files, maintaining a stock register, and delegating marketing work. You'll also visit sites occasionally to check access, take photos, and help prep key information for jobs. There's real scope here to make the day-to-day smoother and the business more scalable.
We're flexible on working hours -- open to 3-4 days a week or a hybrid arrangement -- but there's plenty to keep the right person busy. If the compliance side goes quiet, there's still a huge opportunity to help market unsold stock, refine our brand, and drive internal organisation forward.
This role suits someone from a construction, engineering, or transport background who is practical, confident, and looking to take real ownership of their work without being micromanaged.

Pay: 29,936.17-55,000.00 per year
