Elite Energy is a market leading company in the renewable energy sector, specialising in the design and installation of energy efficient measures, across the North East, North West and Yorkshire!

We are an established, fast growing and dynamic company, funding carbon and energy saving schemes in the home improvement sector. Utilising the government funding, we undertake measures in customers homes including the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar Panels and Hybrids systems, and Insulation Measures.

To help us continue our success, we are recruiting a Compliance Manager to guide our new team of Compliance and Submissions Administrators, on a permanent basis, at our offices in Preston.

The Role



Reporting to the Head of ECO, you will lead a team responsible for managing ECO submissions, ensuring all projects are fully compliant and submitted to funding partners within expected timescales. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards of compliance and delivering results.

Previous experience with Government Grants and ECO administration is essential to be considered. Any additional training required will be provided on our internal systems.

You duties will include but are not limited to;

Leading and mentoring a team to ensure smooth ECO submissions and compliance processes. Ensuring communication with key stakeholders both internal and external to ensure an exceptional level of service Processing Government Grant ECO submission packs to funders in a timely manner Resolution of compliance issues Project management and record keeping Perform accurate data entry and maintain stakeholder records
Skills;

Proven experience in compliance within a previous ECO organisation (Essential) Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivation and collaboration (Essential) Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems (Essential) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential) Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills (Essential) Ability to analyse needs and provide effective solutions (Essential) Looking to enhance within the expanding renewable energy market (Essential) Previous use of systems including MONDAY.com (desirable)
This role will be office based, full time 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with 30 minute lunch.

Flexibility towards the business needs is required along with Saturday working, on a rota basis (one in three), paid at an overtime rate of time and a quarter. In return, we offer a competitive pay and benefits package, plus the opportunity to grow and progress alongside us!

Annual salary is starting at 30,000 per annum, experience dependent, paid monthly on a PAYE basis.
