About The Role:




Working on the customers site at the Southbank Centre, directly for OCS.

Working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday based at the Southbank Centre London

Overseeing and Assist Helpdesk, Contract admin, Subcontractor admin, Assets admin and finance admin



Key Duties:



To make sure the correct process and work flows are being managed. Covering their holiday and sickness and brining the team up to a level were they can cover each other to the point were the impact is minimal. Setting up new staff on concept, setting up their phones and giving training on how to use the devices and open and close jobs. Produce engineers productive report for Ops manager Make sure all the documents are in place and everyone are using them, Review of process on regular basis Making sure the compliance admin stays on top of updating the logs by carrying out weekly checks Making sure all staff and sub-contractor records are up to date as well as the training matrix Keep the records up to date and send any required equipment to be calibrated on time. Making sure all records are current and liaising with Ops manager on any new substances that may need to be added. Keep the records up to date Checking with Ops manager and reviewing the folders on a regular basis Keep the records up to date and in the right place Ensuring the cross charge is done correctly in conjunction with Ops and HD manager. Supporting Ops manager with events management, attending meetings and feeding back to Ops.

Required experience & skills:


Previous similar experience is essential for this role to ensure they already understand this type of work. The successful candidate must be IT literate, must have a clear and articulate speaking voice and be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing. They must be conscientious, hardworking and timely.
