The opportunity ?
The Regulatory Compliance team, sitting in the Legal Operations and Compliance Team, is responsible for IAG Loyalty's various businesses compliance with applicable external and internal regulations and ongoing compliance.

Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Lead, you will play a crucial role in integrating compliance procedures at all levels of the organisation, including IAG Loyalty and British Airways Holidays.
You will support the growth of the business by ensuring that the regulatory compliance program is delivered across British Airways Holidays, working closely with the Head of Commercial (Global Markets) and Compliance. You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the various business.

The position comprises of strong compliance knowledge, analytical and out of the box thinking, as well as communication skills to act as a point of contact with the business on regulatory compliance matters.
What you will be doing:
The Compliance Manager will support the ongoing compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements within IAG Loyalty and British Airways Holidays, including the following areas:IAGL Compliance Program: Support the Regulatory Compliance Lead in the implementation of the Regulatory Compliance Programme and the maintenance of Policies, procedures and guidelines across the various business and including IAG Loyalty Retail and British Airways Holidays. Training and Awareness: Delivery of training and awareness to British Airways Holidays and IAG Loyalty colleagues to build a culture of compliance within the group. Compliance controls: Assist in ensuring the group meets all regulatory requirements and guidance through the review of existing processes, procedures, and controls. Advising colleagues: Provide advice to colleagues across the different businesses in relation to compliance on new and existing projects, product proposals, new ventures, and business as usual activities. Provide advice, guidance and input into compliance assessments, regarding the FCA, travel regulations (i.e., ATOL), CAP, consumer regulations, customer terms and conditions and ASA. Support on the appropriate advisory, monitoring and assurance procedures are in place. Third Parties: Support the provision of compliance and regulatory contractual terms when working with third parties working closely with the Legal Team, as well as due diligence process along the Security Team. Regulatory reporting and Breaches: Assist with the investigation of regulatory breaches and complaints, monitoring and reporting of risks related to IAGL's group compliance obligations.

What we are looking for?We are looking for someone with regulatory and compliance understanding and experience - ideally from within one of the financial services, loyalty or travel sectors (though we would still love to hear from you if your experience comes from another industry). Strong stakeholder management skills and a demonstrable record of successfully influencing without direct control will be key to the success of this individual. Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, along with the stakeholder management skills. Capable of balancing priorities and coordinating work effectively to meet deadlines. Thrive on ownership and accountability, driving initiatives forward to a successful conclusion.
