We're looking for a Compliance & Security Manager who can roll up their sleeves and build structure from the ground up, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. You'll own our compliance roadmap (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), strengthen our security posture, and embed compliance into how we work globally.

Key Responsibilities





Advise leadership on compliance posture, gaps, and improvement plans. Build and maintain policies and controls that scale. Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risk across our business including data protection, information security, vendors and third parties. Lead relevant programs including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR from planning to certification. Monitor and ensure adherence to relevant global regulations e.g. OFAC sanctions, anti-bribery laws Co-ordinate internal audits, evidence collection, and readiness for external audits. Partner with IT Ops to manage access control, data security, and incident response. Collaborate with Engineering to implement and maintain technical controls aligned to SOC 2 / ISO 27001. Create awareness and training to strengthen our compliance culture.

Experience & Skills





You're a compliance expert with proven experience in scaling, global SaaS environments and understands the balance between enabling innovation and managing risk.



Deep working knowledge and proven track record managing SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR programs.



You have a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO). and familiarity with export controls, sanctions, and related US and EU laws.



You're hands-on and pragmatic, equally comfortable drafting policies as you are partnering with engineers and product teams to embed compliance by design.



Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to the team.



You've led or supported audit cycles and understand how to translate technical security requirements into clear, actionable processes.



You're skilled at building and maintaining trust both internally across teams and externally with auditors, customers, and regulators.



You're a self-starter who can design and drive the compliance roadmap, prioritising what matters most for a global, cloud-first organisation.

Location: Remote, London



This is currently a remote role, however you may be required to commute in to London a few times a month.
