Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the compliance team to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence
Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and best practices
Monitor and assess internal processes to identify areas of risk or improvement
Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure the organization remains compliant
Conduct regular audits and reporting to senior management
Collaborate with other departments to embed compliance into daily operations
Train staff on compliance requirements and ethical standards
Manage external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies as required
Requirements
Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., CQC, NHS, GDPR, AML, etc.)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to interpret complex regulations and implement practical solutions
