Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, regulatory reporting, and internal audits.

Please note this role will be site based travelling across a vast area and your base will be situated in Droxford, Hampshire.

Responsibilities

:

NRSWA/Site compliance audits for street works activities. Plant/Equipment audits. Welfare facilities checking. Vehicle checks. Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the organisation's operations. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, proposing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and internal audit processes. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and at all levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
