The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Compliance Manager
to oversee and manage all compliance, accreditation, and quality assurance activities across our decarbonisation and retrofit programmes. You will ensure our operations meet industry standards, contractual requirements, and statutory obligations, particularly around SHDF and PAS 2035 compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all compliance processes across SHDF, decarbonisation, and retrofit projects.
Ensure full compliance with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, TrustMark requirements, and funding body criteria.
Conduct regular internal audits and site inspections to maintain quality and compliance standards.
Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and evidence for all compliance and certification purposes.
Support project teams and Retrofit Coordinators in achieving and maintaining compliance.
Liaise with external auditors, accreditation bodies, and funding partners.
Review and improve internal compliance procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
Deliver training and guidance to internal teams on compliance and best practices.
About You
Proven experience in compliance management within retrofit, SHDF, or energy efficiency sectors.
Strong working knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035, and TrustMark standards.
Understanding of decarbonisation, retrofit coordination, and quality assurance frameworks.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
Relevant compliance, quality, or construction-related qualification preferred.
