Plan, organise and lead compliance and quality assurance initiatives across all business operations, including engineering, installation, and administrative practices.
Develop and implement appropriate quality control measures to assess the functional, safety, and regulatory aspects of HVAC systems and service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure operational procedures meet both internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory standards.
Interpret and advise on relevant legislation, including employment law, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
Recommend and implement changes to improve compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance operational integrity.
Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Lead internal training and awareness initiatives to cultivate a compliance-focused culture within the organisation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
A Masters in Law degree from the UK required.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks including employment law and health & safety standards.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
