We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Care Compliance Officer to join our small, friendly, and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining high-quality care standards and ensuring compliance within a compassionate care environment.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
We are open to offering Wednesdays off as part of a flexible working arrangement.
As part of the role, you will also take part in the on-call rota, which operates on a three-weekly basis. This includes responsibility for one weekend. As well as
one designated weekday each week.

The main function of the job:
Reporting to the Care manager and Quality Coordinator and working closely with your own pool of carers
You will also make sure that every client gets the quality of care that they deserve. Put simply, you'll help to ensure that behind the scenes works as smoothly as possible.
The responsibilities within the job role are:
Ensuring client records are up to date
Ensure care planner checklist are updated after Initial Assessments
Ensure New clients schedules are completed after Initial Assessments
Participate Telephone Reviews and end of service reviews
Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of care we provide is the best in the marketplace.
Assisting with rota if needed
Taking part in answering inbound calls to the office
Ensure trackers are up to date on completion of task
Ensure that new packages are input on care planner and a breakdown of the client's needs is given in the scheduled notes
Cover calls in an emergency
Chase Purchase orders and missing payments
Manage your emails daily and manage your Monday Board tasks
Creation new folders for all Clients and ensure these folders are up to date where feasible if needed
Performing Monthly Duty log and Medication Audits of your allocated clients
Assist with 24 hour, 3montly, 6montly and yearly client reviews
Send out end of service reviews for clients
Work alongside and report into the manager to assist with all compliance needs of the business
Assist with safeguarding reports and social service meetings
Complete care support Plans allocated by manager
Assist in all risk assessments when required
Participate in the on-call rotation and ensure runs are started on time each morning
Monitoring care planner and ensuring that it is up to date
Print monthly communication books and ensure Mar charts are up to date if needed
Ensure that all tasks are completed by the manage
Keep an eye on the packages and make bids
Document all telephone calls on the call log
Work effectively as part of the office team to ensure that the smooth running of the business
Take part in weekly team meeting where applicable
Ensure that weekly timesheets are completed and handed to Manager
To succeed in this role you must;
Be comfortable using Microsoft packages
Ideally have a professional background in Healthcare and/or office setting
Advantageous if you have experience using Careplanner/Nourish or a similar system.
You MUST hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
