Are you the kind of person who spots the small details that keep everything running safely and smoothly? Do you take pride in knowing that buildings, people and operations are all protected because of the work you do? If so, this could be your next move.
We're looking for a proactive Compliance Officer to join our Estates team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be making a real difference -- from ensuring statutory checks are completed and recorded properly, to overseeing contractors on site, and keeping our students, staff and visitors safe.
You might already be working as a Facilities Coordinator, Estates Officer, Compliance Assistant, or Site Manager in education, the NHS, housing, or the wider public sector. Or perhaps you're in a compliance or facilities role within construction, property management or another multi-site organisation and are looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive, values-driven environment.
At Bishop Burton, you'll be part of a forward-thinking college with a strong reputation for specialist and technical education. You'll play a vital role in making sure our campuses are safe, compliant and future-ready, while developing your expertise across a wide range of estates and compliance areas.
If you're organised, methodical and confident working with contractors and colleagues alike -- and you're motivated by the idea of keeping people safe while helping a college thrive -- we'd love to hear from you.
Shortlisting for this role will be based solely on the information provided in the application form. CVs will not be considered during the shortlisting process.
