Are you a detail-focused professional with a passion for chemical compliance and regulatory affairs? We are seeking a

Compliance Officer

to take ownership of global product compliance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a tangible impact on a growing business.

What You'll Do

Prepare and process TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) submissions across the UK and European markets. Manage product registrations for all other territories where our products are sold. Ensure all products meet CLP requirements and assist with artwork compliance checks. Create and maintain MSDS documentation for all products. Conduct chemical checks on formulations to ensure compliance. Assign and manage GS1 barcodes for products. Keep the business up to date with regulatory changes through research and regular updates. Support the Customer Services team with compliance-related queries. Participate in compliance projects and complete ad-hoc regulatory tasks as required. Maintain organised and accessible compliance documentation.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in chemical compliance or regulatory affairs. Strong knowledge of chemical regulations, CLP, and MSDS authoring. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Formpak software is a plus. Relevant qualification or experience in Chemistry, Toxicology, or a related field. Laboratory experience preferred. Industry knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
