We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team on a permanent basis for our offices based near Westerham Kent

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position involves conducting internal audits, managing compliance programmes, and preparing regulatory reports to ensure the integrity and compliance of our operations within the Healthcare sector.

Responsibilities



Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance management programmes that align with organisational goals. Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports in a timely manner to relevant authorities. Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the organisation's operations. Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organisation. Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices. Investigate compliance breaches or concerns and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

Experience



Competent in using Databases

Competent in using Compliance Document Portals

6 months minimum experience in Healthcare/Homecare compliance

Preferably experienced in dealing with CQC and their regulations

Competent in using Microsoft and Office 365

Applied for DBS' before, used ID Checking services and done Home Office checks

. Ability to multi task is important in a fast pace environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
