About the Role



Reporting to the

Head of Conduct Risk

, you'll be a key part of our Compliance Monitoring function--delivering independent assurance across the Society. You'll carry out regular compliance reviews to ensure our systems and controls are aligned with regulatory expectations, helping protect both the business and our members.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver compliance reviews in line with the Society's Compliance Monitoring Plan. Keep detailed records for all reviews (e.g. evidence logs, version-controlled documentation). Work closely with stakeholders at every stage of the review lifecycle. Track and verify that corrective actions are completed on time. Share monitoring outcomes and updates as part of our governance reporting processes. Collaborate with wider teams to ensure the monitoring plan reflects the evolving regulatory landscape.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking someone with compliance experience in a regulated environment who's ready to grow their career in a purpose-led, people-first organisation.

You'll need:

Proven experience in a compliance or regulatory role. Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A working understanding of regulatory frameworks and how they apply practically. The ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely--both in writing and verbally. A proactive and collaborative approach to continuous learning and development.
