, you will represent an established and professional organisation working alongside
Local Authorities, Government Departments, and Law Enforcement Agencies
to ensure that businesses across the UK are correctly
registered, licensed, and operating within the law
.
Your duties will involve carrying out inspections, engaging directly with business owners, and ensuring compliance with
ICO registration
,
music licensing
,
food safety
,
health & safety
, and other statutory licensing requirements depending on the sector.
In some cases, you may also support or enforce
court-issued documents
on behalf of relevant authorities where legal action has been taken and formal enforcement is required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person compliance and licensing visits to business premises.
Verify that businesses are registered with the relevant licensing or regulatory authorities.
Provide clear information to business owners regarding legal obligations and corrective steps.
Liaise with Local Authorities, Government Departments, and Police where required.
Deliver or execute formal documentation, including enforcement or court-related papers.
Record and report findings accurately using our secure digital reporting system.
Represent Compliance Services professionally and impartially in all interactions.
What We're Looking For
Professional communication and confident presentation when engaging with the public.
Ability to remain calm, assertive, and fair in challenging situations.
Experience in enforcement, investigation, regulatory, or local government work (desirable).
Understanding of business operations and licensing obligations.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across assigned regions.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Full training and official identification are provided.
