About the Role
We are looking for a performance driven and customer focused Compliance Officer to join our team. You will contribute towards ensuring statutory maintenance and inspection requirements are met across our housing portfolio and co-ordinate the delivery of our day to day compliance programme.
You will be working as part of a team to oversee scheduling of activities, accurate record keeping, health and safety and contractor management. You will produce, scrutinise and present compliance reports and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone with...
Minimum 5 years' experience of working within a property related environment, for example facilities management, housing or property management.
Experience of delivering maintenance and inspection programmes within a property related environment, utilising a CAFM or similar system, and producing reports.
Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation, approved codes of practice and best practice guidance.
A track record of delivering positive outcomes and achieving performance targets.
