Innovation Fire Engineering is a growing, specialist fire engineering consultancy, and we're looking for a
Compliance Officer
to help us maintain the highest standards across our business.
In this role, you'll:
?Lead on our Business Management System (BMS) and ISO 9001 audits
? Keep our Quality, Health & Safety and HR manuals up to date
? Manage third-party accreditations (e.g., Constructionline, Compliance Chain)
? Manage supply chain enquiries (e.g., CDM Regulations and PQQs)
? Advise senior management on compliance, safety, and regulatory changes
? Provide training and guidance to our team
What we're looking for:
3+ years' compliance experience (construction industry background preferred)
Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health
Experience with ISO 9001 audits and assessments
Excellent organisational and communication skills
