Compliance Officer

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the full candidate compliance process, from initial vetting through to final clearance. Ensuring all documentation meets internal and statutory requirements (including Right to Work, DBS checks, references, and qualifications). Communicating confidently with candidates and schools via phone and email. Staying up to date with education sector regulations and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a compliance role (education sector preferred). Knowledge of

education compliance standards

. Understanding of

APSCo

or

REC

guidelines (preferred but not essential). A strong grasp of

Right to Work

checks and

DBS

regulations. Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail.
