Support the Compliance Manager by co-ordinating Planned Preventative works through the electronic systems provided. Provided comprehensive administrative support by handling incoming queries via telephone and email promptly. Liaise with subcontractors to ensure compliance and high performance is maintained. Follow verbal and written instruction.
Key Duties
1. File and input certification in a timely manner to ensure compliance
2. Co-ordinate Planned Preventative works using CAFM system
3. Liaise with engineers to ensure tool logs are up to date and tools submitted for calibration
4. Coordinate remedial works through to completion
5. Monitor email inbox for urgent requests and action in a timely manner
6. Deliver Compliance inductions for new starters
7. Communicate effectively to ensure highest level of service delivery
8. File, retrieve and maintain office documents.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
