We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Compliance Officer
to become part of our team. Based at our head office in Sale, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's continued success.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking candidates with experience in a similar role, ideally within the private rental or hospitality sector. Customer service is central to our ethos, so we value a proactive and detail-focused approach. Key Responsibilities
Gather, review, and respond to Subject Access Requests in line with data protection regulations
Investigate complaints thoroughly, including case reviews and meetings, with a strong focus on achieving resolutions
Perform compliance-sensitive administrative tasks and manage critical business communications
Produce and analyse MI reports
Conduct trend analysis and contribute proactively to risk mitigation strategies across the business
Support both internal and external client audits
Keep up to date with relevant legislation within the property industry
Skills & Experience
At least 1 year proven experience in a similar position
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills, confident engaging across all levels of the organisation
Ability to produce clear and concise written communications, both internally and externally
Effective time management and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to learn and adapt through ongoing upskilling
Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), UK GDPR, or property industry practices (beneficial but not required)
