We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our
Assets Compliance team as a Compliance Officer
on a part time basis to support the team with a wide variety of tasks and activities.
You will need to demonstrate a genuine interest in, and understanding of, social housing compliance and be ready to work in a team to provide support activity that will include administrative tasks, arranging access, resident queries, data entry and ensuring accurate data is held within Apex and other systems.
You will be working with data and ensuring all information is reflected and maintained correctly in our records and systems as well as provide support to the Compliance Manager and provide project support to the team on key administrative projects as required.
This role is offered on
fixed term basis until 31 December 2025, working 18.5 hours a week
with
working days Wednesday, Thursday
and
Friday.
The role is based in our
Sittingbourne
office and is offered on hybrid model of work.
What you'll need:
Experience of working within Asset Management or Compliance service, especially within a social housing environment
Understanding of Compliance areas and requirements on housing organisations
Proven experience of performance-based management through KPIs in a customer focused environment
Experience of managing and analysing large data sets, and ensuring taking responsibility for quality compliance data, and to produce management reports
Experience with MS Office and excellent knowledge of excel and word applications
